Are you ready to make yourself a priority? I provide both short-term and long-term individual therapy for adults. Therapy is an investment in yourself, your relationships, and your future. We can work together to build the fulfilling life you want to lead.
We will meet for about 50 minutes each session via a secure online platform. Meetings may take place once a week, every other week, or less frequently as you make progress. I do not offer monthly sessions at that start of therapy, since it can be difficult to make progress without consistent effort and support. Therapy is a commitment to yourself. It is also my commitment to being available to facilitate change and healing in your life.
We will talk about your current challenges and successes and develop a plan to help you meet your goals. It will be important for you to practice the new skills you learn in therapy to see the best possible results. I may assign you homework in the form of worksheets, activities, journal prompts, or reading as a way for you to gain insight and achieve your goals.
