Rates
Evaluative Interview      60-80 minutes     $120.00
Individual Therapy         45-50 minutes     $95.00

Insurance Reimbursement
I currently accept Aetna, Blue Shield of California, Anthem Blue Cross, Magellan, Cigna, Beacon Health, GEHA, Multiplan, and a number of Employee Assistance Program plans.  For all other insurance plans, I will provide you with the necessary information to request out-of-network reimbursement from your insurance carrier. Contact your insurance company to determine what information is required.  I will assist you in whatever way I can so care is affordable.
